Return, Refund, Replacement, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Sumii Vastra, we take great care in delivering quality products. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product has physical damage or visible stains at the time of delivery.

Return requests must be raised within 1–2 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

Once the return request is raised, our team will verify the issue through images or other required details.

After successful verification, the return process will be completed within 3–5 working days.

2. Refund Policy

Sumii Vastra does not offer refunds.

Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, including returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

3. Replacement / Exchange Policy

Replacement or exchange is strictly allowed only if there is clear physical damage or visible stains on the product at the time of delivery.

Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.

After verification, the replacement or exchange will be processed within 3–5 working days.

Replacement or exchange will not be provided for reasons such as size issues, color preference, or change of mind.

4. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are not allowed.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Customers are advised to carefully review product details before placing an order.

Sumii Vastra reserves the right to cancel an order in rare cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues. In such cases, the customer will be informed accordingly.

5. Important Notes

Requests raised after the specified time frame will not be accepted.

Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Sumii Vastra reserves the right to approve or reject any request after proper verification.
